Description
BAPSCARCARE S Breast Washable Scar Dressing is a medical, silicone therapy that ensures quicker and improved healing of the skin. It ensures that existing scars become flatter, smoother and thinner. The scar is less disfiguring and in many cases becomes almost invisible. Softer, more flexible skin and reduced discomfort from itching, pain and redness.
Instructions for use
- Start therapy immediately after wound closure (sutures removed and scabs gone)
- Build up wearing time gradually, up to 23 hours per day
- Wear at least 12 hours a day for best results
- Ensure the sheet covers scar plus 2 cm around it
- Clean and dry skin before applying
- Wash sheet daily with mild soap, let dry with sticky side up
- Use for at least 3–6 months, or as long as the scar is red, raised or causing complaints
- Store below 25°C
- Do not use on open wounds
