What is nasal rinsing?

Instructions for use

1. Empty one saline sachet into the NasoFree nasal rinse bottle
2. Fill the bottle with lukewarm clean water
3. Close the bottle and shake briefly
4. Lean forward over a sink
5. Gently place the nozzle into one nostril
6. Squeeze lightly and allow the solution to flow through the nasal cavity and out through the other nostril
7. Repeat on the opposite side
8. Clean the bottle thoroughly after every use
