If you are in any way unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return all unused goods, in their original packaging, within 7 days for a refund (excluding delivery charges) or exchange.

To return your order, please contact BAP Medical Ltd by email on info@bap-medical.ie with your order number, the item details and clearly state your intention to return the product.

Customers must pay the delivery costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises.

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Refunds will only be paid on the same card/account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • You have emailed info@bap-medical.ie or called us on 087 686 4939 in advance to inform us of your intention to return the goods.

  • The goods are fit for resale and in their original and undamaged packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order at any stage before dispatch by notifying us by phone on 087 686 4939 or emailing us at info@bap-medical.ie. We aim to process your order for dispatch on the same day of receiving it, if the order is received by 12pm or the following day if received after 12pm. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being dispatched to you.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty items, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, call 087 686 4939 or email: info@bap-medical.ie. We will work to quickly resolve the situation and liaise with you on how to return.
